App has become sluggish and buggy
About the content: perfect. I try year after year to imagine that I could stop my subscription but I somehow have to continue as no other paper reaches the quality level of this one. But the app has a real problem now. While it was normally responsive and usable, it has now become extremely sluggish and prone to sudden crashes. Pressing an article lets you wait up to 3 seconds to open it. Scrolling the home section is a nightmare as it blocks and unblocks the scrolling erratically. Just correct the app please, and fast: I want to be able to enjoy the content again.
App crashes
After two recent updates to now version 3.58(1) on my iPhone 13 the App still takes a very long time to load, while the App invariably crashes in the middle of displaying an article. It appears to still run in the background, but the reading history is lost. Infuriating.
Slow and buggy
I have NEVER seen a slower app on iOS. It takes literal seconds for a click to register. The app resets back to the home screen when you have the audacity to use another app for a few seconds.
The app crashes every time
This is the worst app I have ever used. It crashes every time on my iPhone after a few minutes of usage, despite using the latest version. I never manage to finish an article and I have to finish by reading from the browser.
Poor customer relations
My subscription was canceled without any notice. It is now impossible for me to pay the outstanding invoice to get it back. Very poor customer experience.
Freezes a lot ; barely usable !
I am long user of the app but recent updates make it barely usable, freezing a lot. Very frustrating. I have an iPhone 13.

Depuis maintenant plus plusieurs années je trouve, et je vous écris parfois, que vous ne donnez pas assez de place à l’Afrique et au Moyen-Orient Je comprends que vos lecteurs s’y intéressent peu, car il y a relativement moins d’opportunités d’affaires qu’ailleurs. Mets l’expérience montre que cette région peut perturber la planète Yves MONTENAY
