The supervisor at Miami International Airport is so mean and racism. Her name I think Gariana she is latin. I will never use this airline again

I was not asked to select my seats. Also just now noticed there is an unnecessarily field of nick names which keeps on bouncing back as most nick names are taken. This is complete waste of time. Sorry.
