I had a seat and ticket on flight 535 on July 14, my wife got in the flight and I do not even though we arrived at the airport together. I waited on 4 standby flights the following morning, from 7 am and was denied a seat on all of the flights. No united agent was able to get me on a flight to my destination. Horrible customer service. I had ti beg for a $15 food voucher that I received in the morning despite being in the airport all night trying to get on the first flight at 7 AM. I had my flight rescheduled and canceled in the last couple days due to problem in Tel Aviv. The agents with United have been so helpful I. Helping me find a way to get home to my family. Thank you so much

The United app is ver frustrating to use. It’s slow to react and has a lot of bugs. Also, scanning your passport doesn’t work…

I had a horrible experience while trying to change my return flight via the app. I had already checked in for my flight from Newark to Las Vegas on June 9. While waiting at the gate having already checked in the evening before and with a boarding pass and checked in I decided to update my return flight for June 12. The appears to allow to to select only the return flight to update which I did to change return flight from just before midnight to 9:30pm. However upon boarding my outgoing flight to Vegas, my boarding pass was rejected. I was later told by the counter staff that I had not checked in and this was infuriating as I followed the procedures and had been waiting for hours at the gate. They told me I needed to wait until all passengers board the fully booked flight and see if there is room for me and my spot was no longer guaranteed. Apparently there was a glitch in the system of when I changed my return flight it checked me out of the outgoing flight which was delayed. There wasn’t anything in the app to notify me of the need to check in again and that is not intuitive given that I was already checked in. This was an extremely frustrating user experience and a terrible inconvenience as I risked missing my flight. The horrible outcome of the app experience coupled with the inability of the staff to quickly ease my concern and fix the situation made me question my future preference for flying with United again. I expect to be compensated for this poor customer experience.

I am not a US citizen. App works but each and every time I need to take a picture of my passport and re enter my US Visa. And even if all my details are in the system I still need to add my Milage Plus Number. Pay attention to that, it’s a good way to avoid giving you the miles you could own. This info should be by default set as soon as it is you traveling.

If you can, avoid booking with united. App is glitchy (always indicating connection lost) and their customer service is non existent, even when they cancel your flight!

Please add mileage to my account as it not accepted

I had the worst experience with united airlines, knowing that it’s my first time in the states! The canceled my flight and didn’t cover my accommodation, they lost my luggage, it’s broken and my perfumes are missing!!!

United app is so amazing I got a very spasific instructions about how to move at the airport and to get safely to my gate❤️
