Does not work for people living outside of the US
I downloaded the app in order to check in and have my boarding pass on my phone, but checking in was impossible to do since I had to put in my American home address, which I don’t have since I am not an American citizen and I reside in Europe.
Useless for the most important function
Idiotic passport scanning fails, then gives you no reason why. Must have scanned like 50 times to check in 6 people in, still 2 short
Limited number of countries to be selected at United app and homepage
Real disappointed that I can’t just United as Denmark can’ be selected as country. Do fix it if you want me as customer.
Bags free on recipe
I had a free checked bag on my purchase and now I have to pay.
Danish Credit cards not working
I can’t pay with my Danish creditcard (tried several) meaning i can’t check my bag in and complete check in.
Impressive app and features
Scanning your passport, very easy and impressive. Great app, beat any other by far, like SAS Lufthansa etc...
Unable to upgrade online
While I was checking in online, I have tried to upgrade my seat to Economy Plus. It worked well until I reached the Payment section. I couldn’t change the Country (only have three options: USA, Guam, Puerto Rico. Since I am not from any of these countries, my phone number wasn’t accepted. Hence, I could not proceed with the payment.
Ubruglig app...
Blev instrueret i at downloade deres app før takeoff, da der ikke ville være personlige skærme ligesom hos andre økonomi flyselskaber, fair nok. Man downloader appen og bliver bedt om at tilslutte sig flyets intern wifi for at få adgang til underholdningen, men det virkede ikke... Alle tv serier, eller film viste fejl eller fik appen til at crashe...
