I run a tech startup with over 100 engineers, and am a product manager at heart. By far United App is the best app in all categories. The Complicated workflows, personalisation, the native vs hybrid (web breakouts) balance, crash rate 0%, etc. Truly a masterpiece.

The worst airline providing the poorest possible customer service.
Extra charges for 2nd Bag are irregular. Please refund.
