Worst airline and worst app
It is an airline that never considers from the point of view of passengers. The composition of the app is a design that is distracting and doesn't know what to do. It is an anxious and uncomfortable airline that does not know what will happen until boarding the aircraft. It's an airline we want to avoid if possible. I have no choice but to use it because of the route. I want airlines to listen from the point of view of passengers.
App is broken
App shuts down when I try to log in. Fix this.
Efficient and enjoyable flights
My husband and I am currently traveling by UA from Seoul Korea to San Francisco to LA and back to Seoul via San Francisco. Also our flight to Tahiti from San Francisco was by UA.So far, all our flights have been very pleasant - timely taking off and landing, and friendly flight attendants. The food on the international flight was excellent so far. Look forward to finishing the rest of our flight journey on UA.

Good & convinient
Good app, but not useful for non US residents
The app works well, but it is completely geared toward USA residents. For example, there is no way to use a non US credit card because the only countries available in the address field are the US and its territories. As well, the app wouldn't accept a foreign phone number.
