Duplicating payments
The airline is duplicating payments by my credit card on previous flight to New Orleans -
App fantastic
Really easy to navigate the app and the free wi fi - whats up- is great! Thank you United Airlines!
Frustrated
Why do I have to type the same data over and over again? Once I have entered the data, the app should auto populate the fields - a handy button some where - same addresses? Y/N I complete all the data for my wife and then I have to fill the same data for my self again on the in-bound leg AND I must do it all over for out-bound leg.
Not the best
Couldn't pick up my booking and doesn't automatically provide updates on the flight status. Ux not great
Duplication of entries
The app is very poor - I had to enter my details and scan my passport twice to get my boarding pass. Very frustrating!!!!!!!
Downgraded -no one to call
We purchased economy plus tickets-cape town to washington. United booked us into economy. At Washington, went to service desk. Told they could not help. Had to call. Held for hours. No answer. Tried online messaging. Got nowhere. Theives.
United is a 5 Star Airline
I travelled from Frankfurt to Denver on December 25th, 2022. United Airlines can be proud of the Crew. It was absolutely an wonderful experience. Everyone were kind, helpful and absolutely professional. Thank you for an amazing Airline.
Cant save travel document information
App crashes when I try and save my passport information in the travel ready section. All permissions granted. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing gets it to work.
