Useless and complicated
The app is totally useless because you can’t even use it to check-in because the freaking app crashes everytime when trying to save the credit card details. I don’t want to give out my credit card details because I’m certain I won’t purchase anything on the flight but for some reason it’s impossible to continue check-in without saving a credit card but when giving in and saving a card then the app crashes! This app is utterly useless, can’t even see flight details.
Boarding pass bug
Very frustrating boarding pass bug, my app is up to date, iPhone has latest iOS but I can’t access boarding pass and can’t add to wallet after checking in. Don’t play around with peoples boarding pass!

Fails at the most important thing
Can't show me the boarding pass
Online payment not possible.
Not possible to register/pay with foreign credit card or PayPal account. Very complicated. Need to add a check-in bag but not possible.
Cannot pay
For some reason I cannot pay for selected seats with credit card nor Apple Pay. Apparently you need to have a us address which doesn’t make any sense. How am I able to PAY my seats if I’m heading to us??? Stupid.

The use of the top line of the iPhone to count down to boarding and keeping me up to date on status etc is absolutely genius.

When I’m playing the flight simulator and I’m approaching the airport, the plane randomly dives down, please fix this United
