Irresponsible staff
The airline support staff at the Chicago airport are irresponsible and racist. Not all but most of it. This is not my first time flight with the United but this time I feel such disrespect for customer!

Free carry on check in
Sneaky to tell you it’s free after you pay.
Not an intuitive app
This app is not user friendly. I needed to change my flight due to weather and I have a credit with United but was never given the option to use the credit to pay for the difference in price, I had to put in my card information. Plus changing flights was not an easy process. Frustrating.
Bag scam
I have a United explorer card. I pay an annual fee for this card so I can get a free bag check. Somewhere in the fine print I must have missed that basic economy does not give me a free bag check with my credit card. This is a scam and I will be looking for an alternative card for the future. So sick of your scams United. Kevin Carey
Nickle and dime customers
$40 to check a bag. An extra $25 to check in when you’re inside. Extra money if you want a charging port. Thanks, United.
