Adding boarding pass to Apple Wallet never works
I’ve made a few flights with United and NEVER managed to add the boarding passes to the Apple Wallet. Sometimes it loads indefinitely, sometimes it shows an error message, something nothing happens when I click the button.

Full of bugs
It’s so challenging for the traveler it feels like you don’t want us to check in using the app. Really frustrating experience. No access to upgrades. No indication o. What went wrong and you just have to start all over again.

App broken after latest update
After the last update, the app broke when I try to see the boarding pass
Doesn’t work
Tried to recover my MileagePlus number and app informed there were duplicate accounts. Then I tried to message MileagePlus Support Center through the app and it simply couldn’t connect to the messaging server. Thought customer support was better.
