Très déçue
J’ai effectué différentes commandes sur UBER EATS et à plusieurs reprise on ne pas livrer et quand je contact le restaurant ils affirment comme si c’était normal que il y a bien des livreur qui vole des commandes. Vous devriez surveiller vos livreurs car vous perdez des clients maintenant je commande sur Deliveroo et autres… Dommage…

Disappointing customer service
On Sunday night I ordered Some food through Uber Eats and selected that the delivery could be left at the door. I was showering while I waited for my food to be delivered. When I saw the picture in the app that my food was delivered at the door I went down to the front door to find NOTHING. My food was taken back by the delivery guy. They did not leave it at the door. I was super shocked by this event certainly because I already waited 1h for it to arrive and went to get it 15 min after the mentioned delivery time. I asked the customer service for a refund because my food was not delivered the way I had selected: ‘leave at the door’. I felt really let down by this experience and the lack of customer support, therefore I deleted the Uber Eats app in the meantime. Other food delivery apps where I have never encountered any issues like Deliveroo will now be my go to delivery app. I would not recommend Uber Eats due to this experience. In the beginning their customer support was good but now it has really become the worst. The customer support guy did never give a real answer nor explanation of why the delivery was taken away and I was left with nothing while I had selected to leave it at the door…
Service de livraison non fonctionnelle
Sur nos 5 dernières commandes, nous avons eu des problèmes avec 3 commandes. Commandes annulées, livreurs imbeciles qui donnent la mauvaise commande, délais de livraison de plusieurs heures . Bref, les services de livraisons ubérisés ne fonctionnent plus. On va se tourner vers des restaurants qui livrent aux mêmes et supprimer l’application

Je krijgt zogezegd 5 euro uber cash als ze te laat zijn maar ze verzetten het ' verwachte aankomsttijd ' vroegere service was beter. Ook als ze iets vergeten of verkeerde leveren is het moeilijk om contact te zoeken

Nooit op het juiste adres
Mijn bestelling komen nooit op het correcte adres toe. Als ik geluk heb zijn ze in de juiste straat maar moet ik 100m lopen om mijn eten te ontvangen. Meestal koud of gesmolten. En vaak sta ik er zonder eten. Wat een volte en stressloze gebeuren zou moeten zijn is vaak een stressvolle en teleurstellende moment. Je wacht dan 1u/1u30 om dan uiteindelijk opnieuw te bestellen en weer 1u te wachten. Ook moet je dan steeds de bezorg kosten betallen voor iets dat ze niet hebben gedaan. Dit gebeurt veel te vaak voor een app die eten aan huis levert. Zeer teleurstellend!!
