ho tolto l’app e mi sono continuate ad arrivare infinite notifiche per il numero, io sono schifata e arrabbiata. Il mio telefono non fa che suonare, non posso nemmeno guardarmi attack on titan in pace che questi mi rompono le scarole, ecco, ora ce n’è un’altra. Non ne posso più. Sono stanca. Pessima applicazione. Una stellina è anche troppo.
offrono promozioni ma poi vi scalano i soldi dalla vostra carta, assistenza clienti inesistente e fanno pure finta di non capire. Attesa del mio ordine: un’ora e trenta senza possibilità di fare nulla, perché il negozio neanche rispondeva

Il mio account risulta bloccato nonostante io non abbia mai effettuato l’accesso all’applicazione.
After receiving the wrong order, for an amount significantly lower than what I spent, I ask the rider to correct it. I am told that I should contact the customer service, not him. I contact customer service attaching photos of the order receipt delivered to me (overall photos and photos of details), I am told that it is not possible to proceed with the refund and I ask for specific reasons which are not however provided to me. I will never use this app again because I spent €100 to receive a €30 order without a refund. It's shameful!
J’ai reçu un coupon Uber Eat dans la route d’un gars pour une promotion la premiere semaine de septembre 2023. La promotion expirait eh Juin 2023.
Pesantissima da aggiornare e ristoranti in lista pessimi rispetto a quello che trovo su altre piattaforme Riders portano tutto rovesciato e freddo Sconsigliato!!

We used the app to order the food. And lost 2 times already. Uber didn’t take the any action. We lost money, and didn’t get the food.
I placed an order and they charged me. I gave instructions for it to be left at the door because I was busy and my order got cancelled with no reason given as to why. Barry, if you're reading this, you're a horrible driver and a thief. Hope you get fired.
