I have been using uber eat for some time now after I moved to the Netherlands and I can’t say that I could ever be more disappointed than now. The orders are ALWAYS late, if on the app it says that it’s going to take around 15-30 minutes to get to my house the REALITY is that it takes an hour (at least). The most funny thing is that there’s no accountability, they give you a completely different time range, keep on postponing the order and no one can complain about it. My order was cancelled, an order that was supposed to be delivered at 8:00pm which was then postponed so many times that it was supposed to arrive at 8:30pm, only to check at 8:30pm on the app and see that the order disappeared. The money was returned (bare minimum) but my order was cancelled, and after remaking the order the expected time became 9:00pm, an HOUR later than it should have been initially delivered, only of course if it would have arrived on time, which it didn’t. There’s no kind of help or support for this kind of situation in order to understand what’s going on. In addition to this I had also ordered two pizzas from Domino SPECIFICALLY asking for the onions to be removed as they give me nausea and make me throw up. When I received the pizzas I took a bite out of one the two to immediately find a huge piece of onion. Both pizzas were the same, full of onions and for me non eatable so I had to throw them out. Ubereats response to this? not refund me the full amount of the pizzas I couldn’t eat, no they refunded me 4,5€ and when I asked them to give me a full refund or at least a coupon they kept sending the same message explaining that they “couldn’t tell me more due to privacy reasons”??? If I could I would put 0 starts, which is the same amount of effort people put into making this trashy app. Will be using Justeat / Thuisbezorgd from now, at least they reply and they actually have good customer service.

Ordine di grandi dimensioni non consegnato e soldi (non pochi) scalati comunque dal conto. Assistenza inesistente e pari a 0. Vi giuro sono totalmente deluso e amareggiato. Non si può pagare e ricevere un trattamento simile. Ho aspettato un ora e mezza per rimanere digiuno e buttare dei soldi senza ricevere né supporto né spiegazioni. VERGOGNA!!

Attenzione se avete problemi con gli ordini nessuno te li rimborsa , il servizio cliente è inesistente, non ti fanno parlare con nessuno, ti inviano messaggi dopo giorni e sono solo predefiniti. Martedì sera ho ordinato al kfc circa 52€ di prodotti, me ne sono arrivati la metà e quelli arrivati erano tutti sbagliati. Uber si è lavato le mani dicendomi per mail che avevo già avuto altri rimborsi su altri ordini , come se la colpa fosse mia dell’incompetenza di chi li prepara . Fatto sta che siamo rimasti con fame e senza nessun rimborso. Vergogna. Mi sono subito cancellata da tutte le applicazioni di Uber. Ho anche un ristorante registrato in Uber , ovviamente lo eliminerò da questa app. Molto meglio e più affidabili ma anche più economici altre piattaforme . A mai più .

Mi hanno dato uno sconto 10 euro da usare su uber eats. Sconto truffa, non funziona
