I have travelled 56 minutes to deliver a food and they paid me just $3 for that. They said they have adjusted the amount as per time and distance. How fair is this? I dont know how they calculate but its unfair. Now they are not responding. They deserve 0 star. Very poor.
Company is bad. I have ordered from this app and have been charged twice for the same order and instead of fixing it right away and giving money back they are taking up to 10 days to return the money which they have not done so yet frustrating company to deal with support service very unresponsive and are reluctant to fix mistakes which should never have happened in the first place.
Have been a recent frequent user of the ap despite issues in the past. Tonight ordered food, payed for it, order was prepared, on the way, arriving now. I got the notification to meet when I was standing at the door. There is clear instructions saying both that I am blind and describing how to find the driveway and the house. Then the ap told me the driver had arbitrarily cancelled my order which if I wanted I should reorder in the ap. When I tried to do this I was told the balance was too low on visa bla…. So clearly the money has not yet been refunded. Furthermore the store is likely to have closed by the time I finish this review. No calls or attempts to contact by driver. This is how the ap treats the customers who pay the monthly fee to be supposedly valued. Given I didn’t get anything out of the freezer as I was planning to get uber-eats… or doesn’t clearly, I wonder what the non-existent humans at the company suggest I should do in the meantime? I… won’t go on a hunger strike waiting for an answer, if this is what a valued customer is worth why would it be forth-coming? Thinking might repost on facebook. Haven’t decided yet. Thanks for showing what the customers that cause your proffits are worth.
Ordered food, waited 1.5 hours, food stolen, no refund, no contact. Shocking.
I’ve noticed the prices for meals that I used to get have jumped SIGNIFICANTLY. I usually payed $33 now I’m being asked to pay almost $55 that’s ridiculous
This app is a classic example of over promising and underperforming. Best of all, when they let you down it so hard to get any help. Be prepared for so many notifications, “specials”, and requests for feedback.
I got charged for an order that was neither confirmed nor delivered. It was a $92.40 I tried calling them and got bounced around until I finally got someone who said she would take my case to someone else, did not take any of my contact details and simply HUNG UP. If it was $5 that would be fine, but what the hell. Customer service needs to be seriously reviewed. I received no support and was unable to get any assistance at all. I am extremely unsatisfied with this.
Had an issue with an order and nobody will resolve this even though I have been ripped off!!! Trash service! Use deliver easy it’s way better!
My order was delayed like so many times and was very late. The person who was delivering it literally hung up the phone when i tried contacting them. And it never arrived btw
Drivers car stunk and we were dropped of on the wrong street 500m from our destination and needed to walk with luggage. Try reporting this on this crappy app -impossible!! Do yourself a favour and use a different company
