Paid 50€ for my delivery and then the currier just dropped my food at “my door” which was someone else’s door (the address was very clear)! Worst customer support ever. If it were 20€, but 50€? Might as well apologize if nothing else
They keep the card details and charge the money even after cancelling the account. They charge your card even if you don't order anything. !!! Cannot be contacted. Only cancellation of the credit card will help!!

Friend of mine sent me an invitation to download the app and so he and I could get discounts. Never used this app before. We wanted to order some food and I used a promo-code as a new user who was invited by a friend, I was able to add promo-code but I was not able to apply it to my order, it showed an error each time we tried to do it. Two days later we tried again and again all we got was an error. Deleting this app as discounts do not work.
SO annoying, you need lemons, you buy lemons and in the last minute your shopper tells you that there aren’t lemons anymore. Like whatever am I supposed to do??? Put correctly the information that the stuff isn’t available anymore during the shopping!!!
They don't want to deal with any problems that they create. I can't believe how this company can exist with this type of costumer servis:(.
The standard these days is that you order something and the app will tell you it will be there in 30 minutes. Then youll get the food in 60-90 minutes if youre lucky. Every. Single. Time. Dont bother making a claim or a refund either, this billion dollar company has the worst customer service in the industry.
I was SCAMMED! I ordered and paid for groceries that were never delivered! I do not recommend anyone to order anything here! Customer service is terrible, no one cares about what happened and no one was able to investigate my case, they replied me via chatbot with repetitive answers. VERY VERY BAD. I can't believe that customers are nowadays treated such a horrible way. JUST UNBELIEVABLE.
There is no button when you wanna pay with Apple Pay. It’s stuck. Annoying!
It is the second time I am making a new customer for Uber Eats and the promo code is not applicable for neither the other person nor me. This is disappointing
