We ordered a McDonald , we waited for 1.5 hours, and suddenly the customer service on apps texted us , no sausage can be used in McDonald How come they let us wait 1.5 hours n tell us no food can be provided

What’s wrong with you Uber eat??? The drivers keep cancelling the pickup!! Are you not paying them enough? You just want customers to upgrade to the priority delivery!! That’s absurd!! So you will purposely delay delivery for regular plans?? No wonder you are losing to your competitors !!

They cancel my order and charge me. I even couldn’t find any place to talk with, their app just shown your order has been passed the period to claim the refund. Most app like doordash or deliveryroo would do much better

Order got cancelled unreasonably, left hungry and refund request got rejected. CS response was slow and show no sympathy/ understanding towards users’ situation. Put the blame on customers and shut people up by turning off the response function. Trash app and management.

Wrong orders and I asked for a refund but get ignored

My order was suddenly cancelled and remained no record in past order history. The payment of purchase has been done and hasn’t been refund to my account.

They won’t give you any coupon even the delivery was sent to the wrong place.
