Horrible customer service and policies
My order was 1+1 and I checked it was okay at the payment section, however, due to their technical errors, they still deducted full of my order and refuse to refund full price for me. Scammers and irresponsible. They stole my money. The employee thinks it's simple and try to avoid my message because it's not their money. Useless people.

They are gambling users with UberOne
They gambled me twice with UberOne subscription. They charged me and I did not order anything via this app because the orders are so expensive in compared with other apps like Doordash, Grubhub,… If I used a worse service, I would like to rate 2 stars. However, 1 star for this app because I cannot use it but get charged. They give users trial subscription for 1 month but trust me, you should not and never use it.
Annoying update
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and everytime I clear out the tip amount while placing orders, and only tip after I’ve seen the quality of the delivery. Now Idk who made the decision to change that experience when after the latest updates, the same action that I’ve been used to for so long to clear the tip amount when placing my order, which is pulling it up and typing 0, now defaults my tip amount to 18%. Why do you fix what’s not broken? Do something more useful please

Placed an order but the staff did not contact me nor cancel the order but did not refund and told me they could not contact me while I was waiting at the door and did not receive their contact
