I ordered groceries from the local supermarket, my order was then cancelled because the deliver guy couldn’t find me. I received no calls about his arrival and he also never even rung the bell. My order is not refundable and my products are probably lost or taken by him. This app is untrustworthy when it comes to refund policy and apparently they don’t care about their customers.
They never refund me for an order that never arrived. They telling me lies that I was never been charged but I have the notification in my web banking. They are terrible!!
Horrible service. Bad treatment of blind customer
First of all I ordered in Madrid some pizza to eat bcuz I was starving first time using the app. Uber eats drivers calls me and after some big translation problem cause guess what he didn’t speak English he told that he gave already the order to someone and mistakenly thought it was me! I asked him politely to why he did that cuz he needed a pin to give the order and he told me that he forgot to ask for the pin!Tried to to seek for help to the help system and to get some food and after 2 hours of waiting a assistant told that they are really sorry for the experience but the restaurant is closed now and I will not eat at all the refund is gonna be put after some days and told have a good night!NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! Second day I was thinking that I had just a unlucky day and said let’s order something and forget about last day but guess what!THE FREAKING APP CANT USE MY PROMO APP FOR NO REASON TRYING FOR 2 HOURS AGAIN TO GET SOME FREAKING FOOD!Deleting the app never using it again and I’m telling u to do it as well cuz they only care about taking ur money not to serve u at all!
I ordered today and I was waiting for an hour. They charged me (I called the place and they told me that they never received the order so I should contact Uber eats) and Uber eats never replied . They had me in the phone for hours without a reason. I tried the online help but nothing happened . Cheaters and scammers . Stay away .
I ordered 3 Mac chicken in New Jersey and they brought me 2 Mac chicken They charged me for the 3 Mac chicken And even though I contact them as soon as I received the order they said they will not refund my money Me and the driver who brought me the food we both write down to them that there was a missing item But the literally don’t care They just make money with our money The worst app I ever used I hope all of you see my review and never download this app Save your life’s from this ridiculous company
Apparently there are times that there are not enough delivery guys. At those times, you can only wait 2 hours until your order is automatically canceled. you cannot take your money back if you cancel before because they are still ‘looking for someone to deliver’. If you change in the order the delivery and decide to pick it up yourself (because there is no one to deliver), YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THE DELIVERY FEE.
Very bad application ! I ordered a pizza and it arrived after 3 hours because there was not a driver to bring it home. As result, the pizza was cold and I threw it. Uber Eats is a fraud as I waste my money.
My order never came, and no one was answering either the phones either the supposedly customer support. It got charged and I was waiting for 2,5 hours and no one was responding. Uber eats worst experience ever
I tried to send a gift to someone and the store called the last minute of the delivery time (55 minutes after the order placement) to just inform me that they dont have what i have ordered. Now there is no way to put 1 star to the store, so the app gets it.
