Horrible
couriers are specially waiting on a nearby street and after 8 minutes of waiting they leave, not even reaching my street, allegedly due to a long wait. I have ordered 3-4 times and have always received Irresponsible, rude and dishonest treatment.

Fire your developers. Using the IPhone 14 Pro and traveling around the world and it won’t let me use it in multiple countries.
Think twice before order
Horrible app, worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If by some reason courier will not get to you, nobody will help to get your money back. help desk will wait for couple of days and then will send standard response meaning “screw you”. you better find the other delivery app.
This is not an honest service
This service never returns money back in case of order cancellation. As an example, if you ordered a bottle of wine and canceled the order after 10 minutes, your money will not be refunded. Since the restaurant has already started to fulfill your order, despite the fact that the restaurant sells wine in bottles. Promo codes don't work. It is not possible to get through by phone. Nobody answers questions through the application. In other words, if problems arise, no one will help you.
No customer service
There is no way to contact customer support if something goes wrong with your order. This is unacceptable
WE PAYED BUT DIDNT RECEIVE OUR ORDER
I’m highly disappointed in your courier and customer service. They scammed me and my friends for 26€ and we never received our order. Courier blocked my telephone number and disappeared with my order. THANKS A LOT UBER EATS FOR NOT RETURNING MONEY. Good job!
Very poor app
Just use any other delivery service instead of this one. Terrible service, slow time to respond, customer service is practically useless and more over extremely high tariffs. Do not recommend, huge middle finger from Uber to its customers
impossible to cancel order
I was trying to check promocode and ordered food by mistake. Tried to cancel it using support and unfortunately it is not possible 🤦🏻♂️
