Driver arrived being showed in the apps…but never received the order in front my door…request to contact the driver immediately..but no response…wasting my time and very inconvenient to using the apps
My 2 cents, worst subscription experience ever. When I first logged on to the apps, it prompted me multiple times to subscribe for Uber One. Made the wrong move by binding my credit card for the monthly subscription. And now when I’m no longer using the apps, I’m trying to unsubscribe. Guess what Uber, good job you refrain user from unsubscribing by telling us there’s an error and ask us to contact your customer support? And dear Uber is there a button in your apps or any page I can click into to contact your so called non existed customer support? How am I gonna file a ticket? Yes of course. Uber being Uber, monetisation over customers right. Good job Uber. For those subscribing to Uber one, think twice and trust me with this, Uber will definitely make you to go through one whole week of process just to unsubscribed. 1 star justified
I placed an order and already made the payment plus my bank account has been deducted. However, uber eats had an error where actually the store is not receiving orders today. I didn’t get the receipt and there is no point of contact for customers service. How can I get a refund!?
Bad customer support with no solution
It’s so convenient to order foods while traveling oversea. Plenty of great foods. ☺️
Delivery was never sent. Driver refused to drive to correct destination and drove off with my meal. Uber can’t give compensation
Sometimes driver cannot make it
They give me a promo. But im not eligible for it. And i cant proceed payment without removing the promo. Which its automatically added onto my order and there is no way for me to remove it. What a stupid app.
It was actually my first time using UBEREATS in Japan. And it’s going to be my last one. Below are the reasons: 1. There were miscommunication during the delivery. I was waiting for the driver on the street, at the location of the UBER maps portrayed, I did not receive any call from the driver, and when I try to reach out to him, it directed me to automatic message. 2. I was charged in full, even though I did not receive my order, and I was cancelled by the driver. Even though after my order was cancelled, I saw the driver and managed to stop him, yet he demanded I re-order again. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS JUST IN FRONT OF ME, WITH MY ORDER IN HIS BIKE. 3. I re-ordered my food. This time, I chose to pay with card. Just to make sure I don’t get easily cancelled because the previous one, I chose CASH as payment method. Once I changed my payment method, UBEREATS immediately charged the full amount of that cancelled order to my card. I FEEL HORRIBLY VIOLATED AND DISSATISFIED. I can’t even contact a help centre on reporting my issue. In short, this was a horrible experience of ordering take outs. I used to order a lot on food delivery apps back in my home country, but sadly, UBEREATS has been the worst out of all.
