Would not recommend ever
Would not recommend at all. I ordered a big order and it costed me 70£. Right before the order was supposed to arrive it got cancelled, I never got a reason, so why I would never know. Firstly I was told I would get my money back, but after a day and still no sign of the money I asked them what was going on. Then they tell me they can’t refund me, and ads a “thanks for the understanding”. But since they were sorry, it got cancelled I received 5£ in Uber cash. Yeah, no would never recommend and the customer service is also very poor

I ordered in the afternoon and set the delivery time for dinner and then, they kept delaying and delaying and then finally THEY just canceled the order. No compensation or apology!! Very very bad, food panda for the win👌 Today again i ordered food, because Foodpanda did not have the restaurant. The food arrived cold, so i could not eat it! 30c for a roast duck!!!?? That is just crazy! That could have be sitting developing bacteria for the god knows how long. And the I got 50 ntd in compensation for a meal i cant eat?! That is just insane. At least they should have given a refund.. 17.09-2023, today I made and order at around 09.40, they took my money and didn’t just deleted it from the system, no food arrived. Scam
