Completely useless! I can not create the account because I always get an error about the invalid phone number on the page 2, where is no any phone number field in the form. Please fix this Issue!

While doing the flight reservation one is asked for the title for exsame doctor or PhD, which is thsn attached to your surnsme at the end. When scanning your document in the app of course the surname is not recognized and you cannot check in via the app.

ITS UNACCEPTABLE IN 21st CENTURY THAT IN YOUR APP YOU ACCEOT ONLY CREDIT CARDS ISSUED IN USA,CANADA AND GUAM.AND IN YOUR WEBSITE YOU DO ACCEPT FROM MORE COUNTRIES BUT STILL NOT FROM MANY COUNTRIES: SLOVENIA,Croatia,Bosnia,Serbia.... THATS UNBELIEVABLE!! Delta Airlines is much better!

Sneaky to tell you it’s free after you pay.

This app is not user friendly. I needed to change my flight due to weather and I have a credit with United but was never given the option to use the credit to pay for the difference in price, I had to put in my card information. Plus changing flights was not an easy process. Frustrating.

I have a United explorer card. I pay an annual fee for this card so I can get a free bag check. Somewhere in the fine print I must have missed that basic economy does not give me a free bag check with my credit card. This is a scam and I will be looking for an alternative card for the future. So sick of your scams United. Kevin Carey

$40 to check a bag. An extra $25 to check in when you’re inside. Extra money if you want a charging port. Thanks, United.
