App was deleted
App was deleted as here’s no UX, not possible to add proper address as it just not available at maps and in database of app. Also when I’m adding another receptionist it’s just not showing for courier, couriers getiing angry and their behaviour is so rude. I’ve asked that this delivery should be free, but customer support tell me that isn’t possible by system, hope in Moldova will be another app, who respect his customers and couriers. Glove become like dump after some years on the market

Great. But drivers are not good with directions
Always order through the app and all great. But driver always doesnt know where to go. They be on the place but dont know the number or anything like they dont read building numbers or such. I always double check my address the app even put pin where the entrance of the building is but rider seems to not be reading. It sucks sometimes

Es la segunda vez que pido comida y hacen la misma jugada de que llega pero ni tocan el timbre ni nada , Abro una encuesta para ver que a pasado pero me meten excusas no me solucionan nada de nada es una pena.

Estando el idioma en español, las notificaciones salen en inglés
Mala gestión
Estuve esperando 1 hora y 15 minutos para que me entregasen un pedido de Taco Bell, y cuando llame me dijeron que no lo iban a entregar porque no había ningún repartidor
