Glovo was unwilling to erase my payment data from an account I've lost access to, despite providing sufficient identification and never asking for any data. They've kept charging me for two months while I was desperately messaging them via all channels. I had to block my bank card. Bad business
Horrible service experience with Glovo in Spain. I received a completely different delivery compared to what I ordered from a local restaurant. And it was worth only half the cost of what I had ordered. And then Glovo support completely abandoned me. They asked for all the information and pictures about my order and deliver and then just said they won’t do anything about it. Very very bad experience with Glovo.
The app keeps on locking itself whenever there is a problem at checkout, which is only resolved when deleting the app completely and downloading it again
I tried three times ordering groceries, each time it was a waste of tiem because after 30 or more minutes it just said “ oops store no longer available” and I had to start from scratch. Horrible customer experience, not going to use it again and I don’t recommend it.
Would be nice to keep the history of your order. If the app closes, you lose all you’ve chosen before and need to start over
Customer support is horrible and does not provide solutions, they only ever say sorry we will try to improve, but they never bring solutions
In my case, I couldn’t order anything. I had confirmed my phone number and my e-mail adress but they wanted a picture of my ID and my credit card. This cannot be secure. I will stick to UberEats which seems to be much more trustworthy.

Always order through the app and all great. But driver always doesnt know where to go. They be on the place but dont know the number or anything like they dont read building numbers or such. I always double check my address the app even put pin where the entrance of the building is but rider seems to not be reading. It sucks sometimes
