Non helpful
After not receiving my food, i was told to get in contact 2 hours after to get a promo code for a discount, and chased them for three days to get this promo code. Horrible customer service and unhelpful. Still not yet received an update…

Delivery Guy Urinated in My Stairs
Delivery guy p**ssed in my stairs last night, unreal. Told Support who were rude, lost what was likely a VIP customer - they need new Heads of Support to train their people. Up until yesterday great, but I draw the line at pissing in my residence and then following up with poor support.
i never got my food
i ordered the food at 8:45 pm and decided to cancel my order by 11:40pm seeing as it had become clear by that point that i was mot going to receive my order, apart from that the costumer service was awful and unhelpful in every way possible this was my first and will definitely be the last time i use this app. shame on glovo for trying to gaslight me to believe that i would get my food.
