Delivery guy p**ssed in my stairs last night, unreal. Told Support who were rude, lost what was likely a VIP customer - they need new Heads of Support to train their people. Up until yesterday great, but I draw the line at pissing in my residence and then following up with poor support.
i ordered the food at 8:45 pm and decided to cancel my order by 11:40pm seeing as it had become clear by that point that i was mot going to receive my order, apart from that the costumer service was awful and unhelpful in every way possible this was my first and will definitely be the last time i use this app. shame on glovo for trying to gaslight me to believe that i would get my food.
Ho ordinato cibo e bevande tramite l'app Glovo, ma la bevanda non è mai arrivata. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, ma non mi hanno fornito una soluzione al problema. Deluso dal servizio e dall'assistenza. Non mi fido più di questa app.

Mi primer pedido y la mitad de las cosas no llegaron. La tienda dice que mandaron todo y Glovo no dice nada, no existe atención, haces la queja en la app y ya, ahi te quedas
