New version broken
App just doesn't work as it used to no matter if I update, reinstall or reset speakers (yes I have tried turning them off and on again). Trying to add a speaker to a session is torture. Errors make no sense. 👎
Not what it used to be
Had it for years, plays well when it plays, but with the new app come times when the app doesnt load everything, cant find speakers etc. I’m not happy at the moment
Useless
With every update of the app I need to re-authorize Apple Music. Endless nuisance and I’m one bothersome moment from tossing this wholecrap into the bin.
If it works it is slow
I regularly have to uninstall and install the app again for it to work, and when it works it is slow. Using the web app instead works on iPad but is not usable on my iPhone.
Older version better
The older version is much better - this one is way to complicated
New updata
I love the Sonos concept but the lates update to the system really sucks. It takes forever to go where you want to go for even the simplest of changes. The interface is much worse than before. When other systems have moved forward Sonos has moved backward unfortunately.
Playing music on wifi and not seeing speaker in app
Connected speaker to wifi but I’m not seeing the speaker in the app. Tried updating wifi for the speaker multiple times as well as reseting the speaker, maneged to connect it to wifi and can play music but in the app I don’t see the speaker. Can’t tune or use bluetooth.
Broken software
Nothing works properly anymore. Avoid sonos products at all costs until this gets fixed
Error 1000 is it fixted !!
I bought yesterday sonos move didnt connect to my phone spend 2,5 hours trying to connect going nuts gave it back and took sonos move 2 and its the same there, cant u computer nerds fix this bug !!
