90% of the time, I have to run over to a physical speaker to change the volume, pause it, or change songs. All this while the app just lags and is completely unresponsive. They should just roll back to the non garbage version of the app.

the app fails to connect to my device results in my device airplay, smart assistant not working. it fails to update, it fails to find other device, keeps getting stuck at the searching the wifi page.

It’s been a year now that Sonos is working horribly with Spotify. It’s so unreliable. Failing all the time. Working worse than a bluetooth speaker. When are you solving it?!

Former app was so much better. More intuitive, easy to start up and find what I needed. The updates this past year are not good

Spending thousands and thousands on Sonos hardware with a goal to have a home sound system for multiple properties only to have software cause hours of technical problem solving, calls with support and endless headaches! Still doesn’t work.

If you dont mind constantly on the phone with Sonos. Never again

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a company screw up software as bad as Sonos has. Nearly all the goodwill of using their product for years is gone seeing how quickly it can devolve into completely unusable because of bad software and worse leadership

I love my Sonos system and it worked flawlessly until about six months ago when they did an update. Now speakers dropped off randomly, and you have to spend 20 to 30 minutes hooking and unhooking plugging and unplugging just to make it work. You know it’s bad when the CEO of the company writes an apology letter. I really hope they get it together. Right now it’s nothing but frustrating.

App getting better. Still not great and some issues persist that I have reported for months without any resolution or even acknowledgement. FIX Pocket Casts, doesn’t sync and recognize play time, but Mac app does! Please prioritize this in your backlog!
