What was so urgent to ruin the app ?why just explain me why???
The new app is terrible
The old one worked smoothly, this one is very slow, get stuck. Very disappointing
Really bad update
Not intuitive. It became impossible to play music. It’s just not working.
Super buggy
Trying to connect to Arc ultra and sub gen4.. too many errors (iPhone 12 iOS 18)
Doesnt play in two rooms at the same time
And it gives a message of “required update” and when i tap it, its non responsive
The new update is horrible
So we’re months after the new app release, and it’s still so bad and doesn’t even come close to the old app.
Very disappointing
I have 12 speakers, the app is very slow, audio is not played in all speakers, although it should. There is no widget for iPhone…. Very disappointing app
Problematic
Horrible UX Simply doesn’t work well We just wanted to listen to music Instead we fighting the system each time on a different topic
Worst investment ever
They ruined the app, the user interface, and usability of the app. Now the latest is requiring to reinstall the whole system. I can’t see anything in the system and use it until it is done. I don’t have time for this BS. So much money was put into this and they just had to ruin music for everyone.
