App is laggy. Also disconnects often. And tells me my apple music is expired and needs to be renewed when it’s up-to-date. It’s the most problematic app on my phone. My wifi is good. 0 stars, but I’m forced to tap 1 star to rate. Marginally useful.
Since that one update this year, I can’t any of the three voice assistants anymore and they haven’t done anything to fix it.
The app has now become useless
Despite latest update and bug fixes, Sonos failed to fix the issue linking Voice Assistant app Amazon Alexa. My Sonos One speakers have been idle and useless for 2 months now
This new app is absolute garbage. Missing features. Buggy as hell. Keep losing connection to my Arc. If I could throw away my Arc I would. I’m never buying a Sonos product again because of this experience.
This new app update seems not working properly it keeps asking me to login to System owner account ridiculous..

I have a problem with my sonos play I have pair of two the other one is not working the power button not working. 😔
I pinned my Apple Music Playlist to the “Pinned Collection” and it only shows the first 9 Playlists, when in fact, I have 19 Playlists in Apple Music. I can’t see the rest. This makes the pinned collection useless.
So many functionalities missing with this update. Can you fix this?
