Loving it from the day of purchase. Sets the mood in the morning ❤️
The app doesn’t even launch, I don’t know how people are managing their Sonos ecosystem because the ios version of the app just crashes while launching itself. I’ve been patiently waiting for an update which would fix this for the last 3 months but still it’s the same behaviour. Expected better experience while purchasing these speakers.
Clunky initial setup, had to reach out to customer care and reset the beam 2 multiple times to get it connected. Additionally, true play does not work. Just says an unknown error occurred try again
I’m a PM - and this updated/redesigned app is beyond my scope of understanding. It’s buggy, badly designed and doesn’t perform the most basic tasks properly. How was this allowed to be shipped?
Best way to Get Music on line
Por más que intento configurar el trueplay para disfrutar del atmósfera en mi era 300, la aplicación se traba o no se configura, ni de forma avanzada ni automática
A simple change of wireless network is not possible with this streaming system means, the engineers who built this application is so wonderful in UX and UI. If the WiFi network changes to a new name or the router got changed we can simply add that to this system, hours of fiddling with the app some how may get it configured 😊 hats off to Sonos engineers
Sonos App is a Broken and Frustrating Experience I've been grappling with persistent connectivity issues on the Sonos app for over five months. Despite repeated attempts to escalate the problem to Sonos support, the issue remains unresolved. I'm unable to control basic functions like adjusting the volume or skipping songs, or the app detecting speakers. Furthermore, I'm unable to connect to popular music services such as Apple Music, Spotify, or various radio stations. I've provided Sonos with screenshots, video recordings, and system reports from multiple devices to illustrate the problem. However, they've shown little interest in explaining the root cause or offering a solution. The lack of communication and progress is extremely frustrating. Highly irresponsible.
Slow response is frustrating. Pls allow to access older version
