It”s the worst app in the world!
Ever since I was forced to update to version 80.09.05 on my iPhone 15, the Sonos app keeps skipping to the next track of the album selected from my Spotify account. This has rendered music play absolutely useless and annoying. This problem never occurred in previous versions of the setup and I haven’t changed anything on my Sonos setup: the speaker is connected to the router using a cable and my phone is 2m away from the router. Please fix this problem soon!!!
I’ve been having loads of different little bugs and annoyances that make me want to get a refund. Right now I can’t even configure and use true play
The idiots at Sonos should ask Tesla to write their software. Whats wong with Sonos ? (i) When you have many rooms , it takes time to locate the room where you want to adjust the volume. However, if you are not as fast as lightning the whole page disappears before you make your changes (ii) at low volumes the slider should change to assist with precise adjustments (iii) where do I start , the whole app is clunky and ugly
The latest version of the Sonos App is a disaster. Months have passed by but it is still being developed and updated. Why release an unfinished App? Great speakers now let down by disastrous software.
Since the recent app update the system is buggy, slow and generally unusable. I’m so disappointed I’ve put all my Sonos gear up for sale and moving to competitors product.
How could a company like Sonos design an app like this? It seems they created it in isolation, without considering user needs or the best features of the old app. I’m very disappointed. Many useful features from the previous version are either missing or buried, making the app far less user-friendly. For instance, setting alarms and adding directories from the music library to the queue appear to be either impossible or so well-hidden that users can’t find them. Hope Sonos will listen to all these feedback as I only see rating with low stars
Since the new version was not working on it’s own just as HDMI-ARC and still working - now not even working…. F…. Sonos canceling the headphones purchase… Sonos Arc works still but satellites no longer are detected and don’t work…. Did a review last week with 1 star…. Now it’s even worse… -5 stars…. And I cannot return the products anymore
How about pulling this version of the app from the stores and giving us back the old one? Don’t buy Sonos products until they fix this app.
