An update or a fix is required please! The app fails to connect to other platforms, and the already added system services are not always available.. it’s very difficult to navigate through the app! I equipped the whole house with Sonos speakers but now I feel using them is painful due to the app being terrible
Absolutely atrocious, so slow. One of the worst apps I’ve used since the update. Interface shocking
Since the latest update the app as too many bugs and is more complicated to operate. Needs to be more intuitive.
I can’t find Trueplay option on the setting
Every time I reconnect anghami music service and still not working. Always appearing : something went wrong.
Horrific app since the UI/UX update. It’s a horrible slow app, terrible crippled functionality. There’s nothing good about this app. Seems Sonos is revolting to the customer who have helped build their brand… and now they royally messed it up, and sticking with their mistake (but not owning it, and make it right!)
I change my internet, zero consistency, all sonos lost connection and non of them was found again. Re managed to pair them, can find them now on my airplay but not on the app. Tried both chatting and calling sonos team, no answer other than the bot. Ridiculous
Buggy and doesn’t work properly half the time. I can’t sync my Apple Music service, the tuning calibration is completely off, not to mention it hangs and freezes all the time. I don’t know what you guys did with the last update but the experience has been horrible ever since. Please look into this as a matter of priority.
This app has the potential to be a hit.. but unfortunately for the past 2 builds still the same issues are available. Unable to connect to any of the streaming apps that are integrated on sonos. Always giving me something went wrong. I hope they see this review and fix it as soon as possible.
Waste of money!
