App remains unreliable after almost a year
The app remains slow, unreliable and unintuitive after almost a year. Hopefully the new CEO can turn the ship around.
Daily alarms don’t work
App is confusing and whenever I set an alarm to start playing music it’s disappears after closing the app. fail.
Broken
The app doesn’t even open anymore. It works on my iPad for some reason
Not Working
App does not open, it crashes. No App support, it takes you to a site with ZERO support. COME ON GUYS!!!!!!!!

ridiculous technology the software is useless Sonos is the worst!!!
Slow and buggy
Fix the app. It was so reliable. Now it’s slow and buggy
Good Sound, Terrible App
Probably the worst app for any high end product. God forbid that you accidentally unplug the power cord or have a power outage…because good luck in having this rubbish pair again. And even after factory resets, it creates an entire new room and you can’t reassign. Frustrating and wouldn’t buy Sonos again.
New app causing frustrating connectivity issues
New app causing my system to be dropped all the time. Have to reconnect several times a day to get usage - especially with airplay. All my other devices fine with network. Was working much better previously. Extremely frustrating…
Upgrade = pain
Every time I upgrade I have logs n to all accounts again. This is just sooooooo stupid. Great sound, just too much grief….
