Sonos is seriously jeopardising its magnificent hardware with this new app. Functionality is severely compromised, speakers keep getting lost, volume control does not always work, search function struggles, voice control disappeared, alarms are gone, basically everything regressed... Please Sonos, live up to the high expectations I have come accustomed to!!
Reliability and ease of use in new app has gone backwards. Keep dropping speakers, difficulty to connect to services and not responsive.
I really hope you guys read your customers reviews. How was this app update allowed to be released? It’s more complicated, less user friendly and causing technical issues. The person who authorised this update must have taken a short position in your stock. As an experienced UI and tech loving person who owns 6 of your products, I would love to help you for free for me and every other Sonos user
After updating to the latest version of the iOS app, I can’t connect to my system anymore. Spent several hours trying to resolve with no luck. Please fix this as the system is almost rendered useless.
Great speakers, 5 star. Slow and buggy interface software, especially the latest version.
New app causing my system to be dropped all the time. Have to reconnect several times a day to get usage - especially with airplay. All my other devices fine with network. Was working much better previously. Extremely frustrating…
Please fix, nothing works with the new update! Can't play playlists, music randomly stops
Who was in charge of testing because they clearly didn’t do their job.
The new app cripples functionality that previously worked very well. Why break something that worked?? I’m now avoiding using the app because it’s a mess. Instead streaming straight from Tidal or Apple Music. Please fix?
New app terrible, slow, full of glitches and core functions not working or missing.
