I am pi…. off.. really complicated!

Has gotten better, but boy does it have problems! One of them is that it forgets room names, changing after a while to Sonos or SONOS. Nice touch!

Phenomenal sound quality and good user experience, there’s room for improvement but nothing really negative, I’d love to be able to change volume on my theater set up to each speaker separately.

This is my first 1 star review after being an Apple user for over a decade. The app has got quite a few issues but I find it acceptable but I need to delete the app after every update almost, otherwise it crashes on splash screen. It used to be a great app, such a shame.

Many problems connecting

Every week or so, I’ve been redownloading the app as it instantly crashes. Inexcusable after so many months post the big update.

It doesn’t connect me to the internet I try to another internet connection and again the same..How can i connect it with my mobile now?

Worst app in my cell phone! After the update, I can’t find anything useful. The only thing that I use in this app is the equalizer which is deep five step inside. My experience with Sonos move is very mediocre. I have it for two years and the top tax control doesn’t work anymore!! A 400€ speaker wtf?

My SONOS keeps disappearing from the app and I can’t connect to it unless I do a factory reset, usually multiple times until it actually works. I have tried everything and at this point it only connects to my phone when it feels like. The app does not function at all, only says “not connected” even after connecting to my Sonos system. This is getting so ridiculous and it’s been months of this. I loved my Sonos so much and the sound but at some point it just stopped connecting, please fix this.

My worst purchase ever!!! The system never connects when you need it and you need to redo everything from the start!!!! A simple Bluetooth that connects always seems to be very hard for this system….!!!
