Doesn’t remember tuning i do
The app doesn’t remember when I tune the sub or equalizer or even the surround no settings is ever saved
Bugging and lagging - not usable
App is slow, it’s lagging, clicks are not recognized, can only play through Spotify playlists and jot from my saved music because it gives me errors “can’t play” etc. Been waiting to give review but it didn’t get fixed for such a long time now I had to. Pretty much I’d say the worst app I have on my phone.
Conectivity
This app has so many crashes i am loosing my mind… it takes ages sometimes to connect to your sonos products and to change volume or radio stations… they should really look into app
No voice control in my country, spotify isn’t working
Im satisfied with my Sonos speakers. The music control via spotify isn’t working apropriatly, also there is NO voice control like it should be in my country(slovenia) dissapointing!
More user
App is good, but should be more usser rights, so multiple users with different privilegs for difrent speakers. User could join sonos sistem only with urername and passwords.
Volume control drives me nuts
90% of the time, I have to run over to a physical speaker to change the volume, pause it, or change songs. All this while the app just lags and is completely unresponsive. They should just roll back to the non garbage version of the app.
worst sonos product
the app fails to connect to my device results in my device airplay, smart assistant not working. it fails to update, it fails to find other device, keeps getting stuck at the searching the wifi page.
When are you solving the problem?!
It’s been a year now that Sonos is working horribly with Spotify. It’s so unreliable. Failing all the time. Working worse than a bluetooth speaker. When are you solving it?!
The App Changes are terrible
Former app was so much better. More intuitive, easy to start up and find what I needed. The updates this past year are not good
