The worst worst worst !! Do never use this app
They made a mistake in my entire booking !!! I was supposed to leave the 14 they booked me on the 10th for everything I lost everything ended up paying and not going !!! They refused to help even if it was their mistake!! I lost all my money and my trip !
They would not let me review a scam hotel
They could not get my money back, nor let me review a hotel that scams. I wonder if previous people had tried reporting this hotel as well and they were complicit of hiding their reviews as well. Cost me tons of money. Their customer service was also awful and refused to answer directly any of my issues including their involvement
Great Hotel
Clean, everything in working order. Friendly and helpful staff:)
No integrity
Had been scammed by Agoda twice. Once , the so-called discount was not given at the end. The other, was luggage fee was not applied to the return trip. All they did was denial even with documents from Scoot Airlines. Beware!!!
Super awful experience
The app is super hard to use for first time user. The appeared price actually excludes tax and service charge (no idea how to change it to full price and what is the point for me to see a partial price?) When I came to the final purchase page, the total price became another currency, which I have no idea what is the final price so I assume the previous price is the final price. Then my Visa card informed me not only I purchased a price higher than other app’s, but I was also charged an additional 10% currency exchange fee! In addition, I went to the customer service for support, they did not support AT ALL! They blamed me for not selecting the correct button to appear full price. When I questioned them about the currency issue, they simply said oh it’s the vendor/hotel’s problem….. I am going to delete this app and won’t ever use it again. Also I do not recommend it to any other person.
