Horrible customer care
I have been having horrible experience in Hotels . Reviews of them were positives but they were the dirties , I got bites from bedbugs and more. I have sent proofs to them, I was told several times to wait 5 days and after a week they told me they didn’t received any proof from me. I went to Maldives and the hotel told me to cancel the room, Ahods promised me to help me to find a room as my flight was about to depart. After 4 h aguda told me they couldn’t do anything, I arrived in Maldives without accommodation because they didn’t care and helped me. Is this the customer service we deserve? Incompetent workers Hope they will get the same treatment one by one

I tried this app in two occasions, both went terribly. One time I booked and paid and when I arrived they had no rooms available! Deleting this app for good now, not recommended 👎🏽

Easy to use this app
Misleading
The app advertises prices, allows you go through the full booking process and then at the end tells you the price has changed and adds a few hundred euro. Try contacting customer service and they won’t respond, just waste more of your time again. Far better off with other sites
