Easy to use this app
Misleading
The app advertises prices, allows you go through the full booking process and then at the end tells you the price has changed and adds a few hundred euro. Try contacting customer service and they won’t respond, just waste more of your time again. Far better off with other sites

Minha primeira experiência com Agoda foi péssima!!!! Nao confiem nesse app, minha primeira reserva sofreu um buggy no sistema e não saiu como planejei, tentei contatá-los imediatamente e sem sucesso, abri reclamação no reclame aqui e rapidamente tive retorno positivo de que ele haviam cancelado e o reembolso estava sendo processado, questionei e eles levaram dias para ser Claros que o cancelamento não seria possível. Péssimo serviço!!!! Eles estão bem, com a questão de eu perder 260 euros sem usufruir do serviço!
