This app takes a bit of time to get use to. Bit does the job. Notification counter does not seems to reset though. Cannot get the red number on the top right area of the icon to reset.

We use freshdesk at work, it’s not reliable and customer service doesn’t exist with this company. We will be moving to another service

The app works pretty well for what it does however, it really needs to display the company in line with search results when you’re searching for a contact. Many contacts have the same name, so why shouldn’t it show the company they belong to to distinguish between contacts? Also, this app is missing solution articles, which is a key feature when providing support.

App not working with IOS 12.5.5
The App stopped working with my IOS. It crashes / won’t even open. Please have an older version available, I need this App for work. Extremely inconvenient and frankly quite disappointing...
Worst of the worst !!!
Worst of the worst ! If I could give it negative 5 stars and still wouldn’t be enough. It’s a paid app not free. Supposed to be a business app but acts like lousy chitchatting one. All the time hunting for my w/o which once a note is added, are disappearing. No customization possible whatsoever. Once you go back on an w/o to edit it you loose everything. Plus adding pics it’s an adventure. No more than 20 megs and no way to resize them. And the font size, no editable, very small. Did I mention ? WORST OF THE WORST !!!
