Just one important problem

The provides a general useful environment for answering and responding the support requests. Nevertheless, when sharing private notes there is a huge problem to select an agent in the me agents dialog box. When I start to write the agents name to send the note, the agent name appears but cannot be selected. I have to manually write all the agent e-mail. This is the only very unpleasant issue. Thanks.
