Приложение само закрывается

После последнего обновления, приложение само закрывается через 10 сек после запуска, а то и сразу, телефон iPhone 15 pro max

Не видно вставленный шаблон

После последнего обновления сильно глючит при вставке шаблона - его просто не видно. Видна только первая строчка. Исправьте, пожалуйста, очень не удобно из-за этого пользоваться, тем более, когда перед отправкой надо в шаблон внести правки. After the last update, a lot of glitches when inserting a template - it is just not visible. Only the first line is visible. Fix it, please, very not convenient to use because of this, especially when you need to make changes to the template before sending.

The app crashes

Crashes every time the reply to the ticket is sent as Waiting on Customer.

Сломали приложение

После обновления не открывается часть заявок.

Can't see request

После обновления не могу открыть заявки что присылаю также пропал сопровод к письму о закрытие и создании заявки

Проблемы после обновления

После обновления до версии 5.0 не могу открыть заявки, которые мне присылают. Пишет, что сервер не может выполнить мой запрос. Свои собственные заявки отправлять и просматривать могу.

Hard to use in iOS

We use Freshdesk for support in our company and from time to time we pass links to specific support tickets in messengers, but if you click on them Freshdesk just gives you a random error - so you can't go directly to a ticket. It makes it very hard to use Freshdesk on iPhone
