Easy for WFH
App is slow, you should improve performance
It is good app and good service, but it is quite slow to open the app or open ticket. I hope the app development team can improve it.
Is there a place in the app to adjust the font and format? I can’t see it like in the web version. I would prefer the same theme as the web version though, so much easier to look at Canned Response to take pieces from there while writing a response.
