Bug

The system blocks emails from our customers for the whole day and so the customers do not get our mail. This is unacceptable and makes our customers think that we do not respond to them

Slow app

App is slow, you should improve performance

Good by quite slow

It is good app and good service, but it is quite slow to open the app or open ticket. I hope the app development team can improve it.

Good but I can’t adjust my font format

Is there a place in the app to adjust the font and format? I can’t see it like in the web version. I would prefer the same theme as the web version though, so much easier to look at Canned Response to take pieces from there while writing a response.
