È un discreto compromesso per la gestione dei ticket in mobilità. L’unica pecca al momento è che non è possibile impostare tutti i filtri personalizzati come per la versione web. Quando lo si potrà fare metterò 5 stelle. Comunque bravi, continuate così.

Ottima app, in termini di usabilità, completezza e grafica. Sarebbe la perfezione avere la visualizzazione dei clienti oltre che per singolo contatto, per azienda , come nella versione web. Per il resto ottimo lavoro, continuate così.
A quando la versione per Ipad?
La versione per iphone usata sull'IPAD è veramente triste. Il portale in versione web è parzialmente usabile. Speriamo che esca a breve una versione con Dashboard completo!

Nice ticket system
Pretty convenient app for receiving and creating tickets. I am hoping to see a dark mode in the future and have the ability to save filters even after closing out of the app
Crash after last update
The latest update causes the iPad app to crash on open. Still works on iPhone but dead on iPad.
