Trying to unsubscribe and can’t
I’m trying to unsubscribe for the last 10 days and it is impossible to do. They keep on taking money and there is no one to speak with. We have opened several tickets with their support and no one gets back to you.

1. From an email about a forum message, the link went to the browser it should go to the app. 2. From the browser the link saying Open in Freshdesk went to the apps utility to open the app ok but didn't open it at the item in question. The link ought to take me to the app itself - and the right part of the app. 3. Today's email was about a forum message, but the link from there to the app went to the ticket section 4. I couldn't find any way from where it sent me to the forum.
Love it. Well executed and easy to use.
The charity I volunteer with uses this to manage support tickets, so I have little choice but to use it. Unfortunately it’s a poor app, difficult to use with features buried away behind unclear interactions. Also, the fact that their website isn’t responsive or even a mobile website in this day and age is frankly ridiculous. I’d rather not have to install the app at all but if you force me to at least make sure it’s comparable.
Still after many years of complaining, the developer have done, absolutely nothing about making the text readable on an iPhone. It's almost impossible to read the text far too small, almost illegible. I have no idea why it takes me so long to fix such a simple thing. Terrible support
Why have you change how to edit a ticket.. now states access denied, not happy
This is a really great app. I think there are a few functionality enhancements which would really help: 1. Add the “summary field”, available on the web interface, into the app. It’s useful to have agent data visible on the top and is the thing we miss most in the app. 2. Add the option not to collapse the conversation by default, and when expanded to expand in full rather than collapsing each reply. 3. Add the ability to “select all” on the tickets list page. Currently we have to check the boxes one by one. 4. Show counts in the view list menu. This already displays in the title while looking at a view, but it would be good to have it in the side menu too. 5. Allow custom fields to be displayed in the ticket view. 6. Consider enhancing the iPad version to show tickets on the left in a pane view.
Very good app and does the simple things but struggles with the Admin side of things. Great as a support to the main website though.
Every time i use the mobile app it force closes when i go to create a new ticket! This bug really needs to be addressed as i can sometimes spend 20 minutes trying to simply create a new ticket when i could be doing other things in the time spent doing this!!
Old school, dated and broken and no effort made to fix the glitch. It won’t let me set a start time or end time for my notifications - just glitches and when i set my start time it sets it as the end time and vice versa so it just doesn’t get right if that makes sense. Sent a video showing this to customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and did nothing to fix. Tried deleting, reinstalling and restarting phone.
