Notifications suck
I use for the notifications, which you don’t seem to be able to clear as you read them. Useless.

Works for the most part
There are some weird bugs such as when replying to tickets you cannot scroll down to view message history.
Time entry issues
Since this update time entries are a day behind??
iOS 14 requirement???
After the latest app update I got the following message when starting this app, “Device does not meet requirements. App updates are not compatible with your device. Please update to iOS 14 or above to continue receiving updates.” Errr what??
Needs to support multiple Helpdesk’s
App works decently, could do with some major UI UX improvements though. Also the support for multiple help desks would be huge, currently the one thing that stops me with this product
