Totalmente útil, se las recomiendo
No se muestran los tickets
Creo que esta última actualización tuvo problemas, ya que no se muestran los tickets de ningún apartado. Esperare a que lo resuelvan.

Desde la ultima actualización no he podido usarla, me sale como si no estuviera conectada a la red. Pregunte a otros compañeros y les pasa lo mismo. Por lo pronto sólo desde una computadora lo puedo usar.

Es una herramienta muy básica y no tiene mas de lo que necesito se me hace muy sencilla de utilizar y su aplicación móvil le da el plus
Filtros
Muy buena app. Sería perfecta si permitiera colocar filtros de agente, grupo, tipo, etc, tal como la versión de escritorio.
Autonomía y viabilidad del estatus de tu negocio desde tu celular
Muy buena herramienta, para estar atento de los incidentes o soporte que se requiere en tu empresa. Si utilizas todas su funcionalidad y te apegas a estándares como ITIL, llevaras a tu negocio a otro nivel.

Se cierra al actualizar la pantalla

No issues at all, doesn’t crash and rarely have to be closed down because it becomes unresponsive, highly recommended
Se traba un poco.
Al momento de escribir el teclado se queda trabado. Me urge que se puedan adjuntar archivos en los mensajes desde el app.
