Dark mode when ?
A dark mode would be nice.
decent app, cant download documents & files
As an Agent on the phone, I cannot download, save to documents. I just wanted to sign a document from Freshdesk in docusign but I could not save it to files so I can sign it digitally.

Bad Push Notifications
98% of Push Notifications are not received. Tried on 3 different iPhones. Seems to depend on connection if it keeps connected between app and server.
