Application mal pensée pour IPad
La fonction « envoyer un e-mail » ne permet même d accéder aux réponses pre enregistrées. Super décevant. Du coup on se replie sur la version web
Sans hésiter
Probablement une des meilleures applications afin de suivre le statut de ses demandes. Application facile à utiliser et rassemblant les fonctions essentielles
Pas en Français
Très mal traduit, application inutilisable en Français.
Bien, mais .... peu mieux faire.
L’interface en français n’est pas complète. Il reste beaucoup de zone en anglais, sans parler du correcteur orthographique en Web. L’ergonomie n’est pas toujours simple, surtout dans la recherche d’un ticket, parfois même la visualisation et ça peut être pire en Web. L’application reste efficace pour nos besoins.
Issues
Hi the dev team, Could you please try the app on the iPhone X? The design is not fitting the screen. Also, could you please improve the time tracking, we have to many interaction before reaching this feature, could you add a shortcut on the ticket to start timing and stopping by swapping to the left or right. Thanks
