I've used this app and website since 2018. Often times I'm using it later in the evening and would prefer to keep the screen brightness to a minimum. There is no native dark mode or dark theme and the all white GUI is fatiguing.
It won’t hold my selection and there is no option to save my preferences
New version not Q/C’d. in iOS version, you cannot see the entire original ticket from sender once there is a response.
All not in your home country, all slow, and they stick to the corporate rules. Big business that doesn’t care about the customer.
Their website on the browser for the phone doesn’t display properly and isn’t scaled correctly. So you can’t physically do anything requiring you to use the app. However the app is unable to search for anything. Even if the title says “support” and you search for “support” the end result says “No results found”
Even though the helpdesk link is correct and works elsewhere, it is not syncing or recognized with the app, and I can’t log in. So the app is completely useless to me, but I would absolutely love to use it on my phone.
Not able to see leaderboard or manager tools
Errors: never shows attachments in ticket —— never allows you to search past tickets —— never allows you to use the link article in a ticket —— alerts never sync if you open on computer/broswer. Have to mark read on APP too. ——— Have tried sending in customer support ticket but it was NOT helpful because I wasn’t account manager so they couldn’t look into our account. But its issue in ALL accounts not just ours
Beware. They offer you 10 free seats. Then 6 months later they “change their terms” to only 2 free seats. Plus they can’t filter spam effectively. Pay for Zendesk.
