Freshdesk

You might want to look into the search of contacts in the Freshdesk iOS app (v9.4) Searching for contacts give zero results. Opening contacts shows the full list of contacts, but even searching for a contact visible in the list gives zero results. Quite annoying.

Går inte att sortera efter frågeställare, vilket gör den tungarbetad. Kommer pushmeddelanden om att ärendet är stängt efter flera dagar, vilket bara är irriterande jag vet väl att jag stängt ärendet

I use this in my every day operation but since I work with multiple companies I would like to be able to swish between companies without logging out as long as they are connected to same email

Hi Works fine. But as an admin, How do I get to see the Dashboard and consolidated view in the App. Similar to what I can see on my Laptop using web app. Pls advise

When replying to issues whole sentences disappear from the issues I send. Seems to be an app bug.

Varför stöder inte notiserna grupp för? Eller appen dark mode. Skulle vilja säga till vilka jag vill ha notiser från, exempelvis grupp a eller grupp b

Works ok but: Doesn’t support dark mode. Notifications doesn’t disappear even thou you answer a ticket.

The old app was beter

Kan inte välja grupp (vi har 4 grupper) så jag ser allas ärenden.

Pretty convenient app for receiving and creating tickets. I am hoping to see a dark mode in the future and have the ability to save filters even after closing out of the app
