Best app possible. Does it all. And then some. Straight to the point!
This app is excellent in almost every aspect, However, when it comes to support it’s dead silent. It refers to an email that doesn’t reply at all… Other than that it’s a good app
I have been using it in the last few weeks. It is simple to use, very informative and understandable.
The best app for the gym About a year ago, I was training at a rehabilitation gym and my physical therapist (who is now also my champion trainer) introduced me to an excellent app to train with at the gym. The app is called StrongLifts 5x5. She organizes the entire workout without you doing too much (except for working out 😜), she has an organized training program that works on extensive muscle groups throughout the body and very comprehensive functions. It is very simple and easy to use, in addition you can see all your progress in graphs, which gives you the option to see the progress visually She also guides you during rest periods and shows you the times between sets, for example you finished a set and failed to perform 5 repetitions, so she will tell you to rest longer The application is free, there is also a paid option to get some more features but I haven't tried it so I can't say anything about Apple Watch users also have an application for the watch that shows you the time between sets and it's really convenient, when you press that you've finished the set the countdown starts running both on the watch and on the cell phone In short, I highly recommend it, my improvement after I started using it was tremendous and it is very simple and easy to use.
The best app ever used for training
Great features and a super responsive support team. Best workout app ever. Ideally you have an iPhone and an Apple Watch (can be older model). The integration is fantastic.
As much as I want to like this app, it is so broken that makes my life more difficult. The timer does not show up most of the time, making me lose track between sets. Now there are two timers that I honestly do not understand the purpose. When I minimize the app, my progress is lost and I have to manually reinput all sets. I honestly just use it as I'm used to the format at this point.
When trying to change something in the history, the save button disappears. I have to shut down the app completely in order to see it sometimes... Usually it's just not there which is very annoying.
Bad resolution on iPhone se Not responsive at times
Thank you :)
