Can’t choose between Workout A and B in the new version

Ok it’s getting frustrated for me in the new version. I came back to the gym after several months of social distancing. My last workout tracked in the app before Covid-19 was Workout A. Now with the new version it forced me to start with Workout B even though I want to start with Workout A! There’s no way I can change to Workout A but to edit each exercise in the Workout itself! The old version of the app allows me to do this without problems! Not sure who design the new version but as users we need to be able to switch between Workout A and B on our own!
